Dresscode?
At Eurowings Holidays we do not have a specific dress code. Thus, wear the clothes you feel the most comfortable with. Come as you are! Also shorts, sneakers, and a t-shirt are more than fine!
Company Language
Our company language is English. Therefore, all official meetings, calls, etc. are done in English. So there is no need to be worried in case you do not speak German (yet).
First Working Day
We will inform you upfront where to go on your first working day. Most likely, we will be meeting at around 09:00am in our offices. Depending on your work location, we will be meeting in Cologne or in Baden-Baden.
Way of working
Like many other companies, Eurowings Holidays adapted its way of working. What does this mean in more detail? It means that our employees have the flexibility to decide where they want to work. Our Eurowings Holidays office is open so that our employees can come to the office as often as they like. In case our employees prefer working from home, they are more than welcome to do so! However, please note that there are some occasions where we ask all employees to be physically present in the office.
Say "hi" to the company
Every Monday Morning, we have our so-called "Monday Morning Exchange (MMX)" at Eurowings Holidays. In this meeting, we talk about hot topics, give updates on projects, and discuss the latest sales figures with all employees. Nevertheless, we also use the Monday Morning Exchange (MMX) to welcome our Newcomers :) Therefore, we ask you to please briefly introduce yourself in your first Monday Morning Exchange (MMX):

-
What is your name?
-
In which department do you start?
-
Why did you decide to join Eurowings Digital?
-
Topics people can talk with you about during a (digital) lunch break
Dogs in the office
We are a dog friendly company :) Therefore, please feel free to bring your dog to work! We have a dedicated "Dog Offce" for our lovely pet owners. This way we also make sure that the dogs stay in one office/room only and do not "scare" colleagues that might be afraid of dogs.
