Welcome Days
Intro
When joining a new company, it is totally normal to be nervous, curious, and excited at the same time! At Eurowings Digital we want to make sure that all newcomers have a great start without "awkward moments“. In order to achieve this, we have introduced our "Welcome Days". They usually take place on your first four working days. In case you start your employment with Eurowings Digital in the middle of the month (e.g. on the 15th), you will be invited to the next Welcome Days at the beginning of the following month.
